Kizzle Kit products are intended solely for use by adults. You must be at least 21 years of age to purchase from this site. By placing an order, you certify that you meet this age requirement. Our tools are designed for the maintenance, cleaning, and preparation of legal herbs and tobacco.

2. Safety Warning & Proper Handling

Our Kizzmos (including the Pokie, Snippie, and Jammie) are crafted from surgical-grade Japanese stainless steel.

• Sharpness Notice: These tools are professional-grade and extremely sharp. They are designed to poke, scrape, and snip with precision.
• Handle with Care: Always exercise extreme caution. When removing a Kizzmo from its Zippie (magnetic case) or pocket or clutch or if heating the tools, beware of touching a heated steel tips. Let it cool completely before touching the metal.
• Protective Tips: We provide silicone safety tips for several of our pointed tools. We strongly recommend returning the silicone tips to the tools immediately after each use to prevent accidental injury.

3. Limitation of Liability

Kizzle Kit Incorporated provides high-quality tools, but they are potentially dangerous if used carelessly.

• Assumption of Risk: By purchasing these tools, you assume all risk associated with their use.
• Disclaimer: Kizzle Kit is not responsible for any injuries, accidents, or property damage resulting from the misuse, careless handling, or accidental contact with our sharp stainless steel tools.
• Maintenance: Ensure tools are cleaned after use to maximize their lifespan and maintain the integrity of the anti-static plating.

4. Shipping & Returns

• Landed Costs: For bulk or international orders, customers are responsible for any duties or local taxes.
• Refunds: Due to the personal nature of cleaning and preparation tools, returns are only accepted for unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase.

5. Intellectual Property

"Kizzle Kit," "Kizzmo," "Kizzmit," "Pokie," "Jammie," "Dabbie," and "Très" belong to Kizzle Kit Incorporated. All designs are protected.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Nassau County or New York City.
